Wellesley Park

Location:  South Hobart

Wellesley Park consists of:

 

  • A grass dog off-lead exercise area at the end of Wentworth Street, South Hobart. ​​

  • If you take the gravel track towards Ingram Street but turn left you will reach the top oval
    at Wellesley Park

  • A gravel track goes through this section of Wellesley Park and links Wentworth Street to
    Ingram Street.

  • Wellesley Park sports field, accessible from Wellesley Street.  Dogs may be exercised off-lead when organised sport is not being played.

 

Facilities

 

  • Dog poo bins and bags are located at the Wellesley Street and Wentworth Street entrances to the park

  • Toilets are located at the Wellesley Park sports field

  • Carparking is available at the Wellesley Park sports field and in the carpark at 106 Cascade Road, opposite the Badminton Centre.
