Dogs are permitted off-lead 7pm - 9am during daylight savings time and between 3pm - 9am at all other times.

 

Dogs are permitted on-lead between 9am - 7pm during daylight savings time and between 9am - 3pm at all other times.

 

Description

 

Cascade Gardens is a wonderful park with the historic Cascade Brewery and Mt Wellington forming a backdrop to the park famous for its rhododendrons. 

 

The park has BBQs, lawns and the Hobart Rivulet flowing through making it popular for family picnics.

 

From a walking perspective, it's great to combine Cascade Gardens with a walk on the Hobart Rivulet Track or head up to nearby Wellesley Park.

  • Carpark off Degraves Street, South Hobart

  • Carpark in front of the Cascade Brewery or behind the brewery near the silos
